this is the beginning of a new idea. i have grown from vegetarian of three years, into vegan and now want to open my own vegan bakery. i really have no idea what i am doing so far or where i will go with it, but i do know one thing; i am ready to make good vegan food for good vegan people. i have nothing but some vegan cupcake recipes and a good creative mind set. dont let that fool you. when you bite into one of my Strawberry FieldsVegan Bakes, your mind will melt into tiny orbiting planets and your atmosphere will implode into a whirling complex conversation between you and your taste buds. so sit back, relax, and enjoy some Strawberry Fields. more to come soon.
